A transmedia mystery, delivered
001 - Forsythia Hill
A live present-day investigation into the death of a sound engineer named Theo Marchetti, in cooperation with Detective Maggie Glass.
How it works
Three channels, one investigation.
Physical envelopes
Packages arrive at your door across the run of the case. Letters, photographs, transcripts, ephemera. Real paper, real postage, real evidence.
In-character contact
Emails, text messages, and the occasional voicemail land between envelopes. Some come from the detective. Others from people she is talking to. A few from people she shouldn’t be.
A public podcast
A companion podcast runs in parallel, told as field recordings from the investigation. It is the part of the case the rest of the world is allowed to hear.

Forsythia Hill
A live present-day investigation.
In late August, the body of Theodore Marchetti — 34, freelance sound engineer — was recovered from the base of a ravine outside the small town of Forsythia Hill. The county coroner ruled the death an accident. Maggie Glass is not satisfied. Over six months, you receive the contents of her working file in installments and help close the case for a second time.
